It is our goal to provide our clients with objective and useful information regarding the condition of the building they hope to purchase. We want to help our clients feel safe and confident in their decisions when it comes to what could be one of the most important investments they will ever make. There are many important decisions to be made when purchasing a new home which can be overwhelming and stressful to a homebuyer. Through informing our clients of the overall condition of the home and its vital components, we hope to not only give them valuable information about the condition of the home, but also to educate and assist them with routine home owner maintenance.

With our home inspection report, our clients will be armed with the knowledge that will help them make smart decisions about their investment, now, and for years to come.

All of our inspectors are New York State Licensed. This license ensures that we have been fully trained, passed written examinations, and participate in ongoing education specified by New York State. Our inspectors are also proud members of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI).  Please visit www.nachi.org for more information about what it means to be a NACHI member.  All of our radon testing is performed in accordance with EPA standards, and all of our water and septic testing is performed according to industry standard protocols.
